At Glass Craft-Man, we commit to give you the exact quality and quantity you want, as we value your trust. Also, we understand that sometimes there might be times when you want more from us, and that’s totally fine. Here is our Return and Refund Policy for your understanding.
When Can You Return a Product?
You can contact us for a return when:
- You received the wrong product or size
- The product is damaged
- Some items are missing
- The item has a manufacturing defect
If you face any of the above issues, just reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery on +91 9038510111 . Please mention all the details with clear photos of the product along with your payment details. Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange a pickup from your delivery address. Please ensure that:
- The item is returned in its original packaging, with tags, barcodes, invoice, and all accessories included
- The package is securely packed to avoid further damage during transit.
- The product passes our quality check upon return.
Once verified by us, we’ll deliver the replacement to you.
Changed Your Mind? Not What You Expected?
You think that you didn't get the products you wanted—we will understand and we also take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we deliver. But we understand that problems can occur. If you found your product smaller/larger than expected, you will be able to:
- Get a replacement if it is unused, in original condition, and securely packed with all original tags and documents.
- Return shipping costs will be discussed with you
- If the product is damaged during the return transit or fails our quality check, we will not be able to accept the return.
Refunds:
It will be only possible through our calls and discussions.
- Prepaid orders: The refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
- COD orders: Please share your bank details for a secure transfer.
- Refunds typically take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account (may vary by bank).
- COD charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Need to cancel your order? No problem—just call us up and discuss the same as soon as possible. If it has been dispatched, order cancellation will become difficult from our end. But still, you can contact us regarding the same.
Custom-Made Orders
We want all homes to have at least one luxurious mirror, which comes at an affordable rate. These mirrors can be made especially for you—custom sizes, finishes, or designs—and are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-returnable. These items are made at your request and hence cannot be resold.
However, if the custom item reaches you damaged or incorrect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery (with photos), and we’ll make it right.
